This one is easy access. However, it is probably best to wait to go after this one between 7pm and 5am Monday through Friday. Weekends shouldn't be too much trouble. Lots of muggles around during work hours.
You are looking for a buffalo tube. It is well hidden in plain sight. I don't want to give too many details. It needs to be a little challenging. Good luck.
Please, Please, Please, etc. place cache back in its hiding place without modifying it or changing its location. Twice now I have found it not as originally placed. I have placed it as I would like to have it hid. Please respect that.
