You're looking for a painted pill bottle. There is a short walk to the cache depending upon how you approach it.
The cache is located on the golf course at Scott County Park so watch for golfers, or should I say golf balls, while hunting this cache. If you see golfers getting ready to tee off you should wait until after their finished to try for the cache. They will not hit the ball until after you're gone, I learned this while placing the cache.
