God`s Country 55 - Wasel Traditional Cache

You will find an Alberta History tribute sign on Secondary Hwy 857 just a mile west of the church that tells all about the history of the Wasel area. If you are into history, this would make a good stop before continuing on to the church. Unfortunately I have lost my notes on this one, so I can`t even provide the full name of the church, sorry. Will provide more info after my next visit, or if I find my elusive notes! The cache is a medium lock n`lock with some trinkets.
There are nice new facilities on site if you require them. This is a nice spot and comes with a lovely view. You can even see this church from across the river. We spotted it while placing a cache there (GC Desjarlais).
