Seventh in the "Ford" based series of caches, Henry's is a cache and dash in the historic parish of Scrivelsby.
Located in the usual ford type hiding place, keep your eye out for muggles at the nearby farm.
The road is gated at both ends and there is much livestock roaming around.
If travelling from Horncastle, take the large white gate of what looks like a farm track, but is actually a road. This will take you through the estate and past the fabulous roundhouse.
The estate of Scrivelsby was granted first to the Marmion then Dymoke families. This was in return for courageous service during the Norman Conquest.
Along with the estate came the title "Champion" giving the bearer the right to challenge anyone who questionned the legitimacy of the reigning monarch.
This right was granted to the Dymokes in 1350 by Henry 2nd.
The title Champion was last used in 1821 and the ancestoral hall demolished in 1955.
Today all that remains is the gate house, now used as a private residence. The estate is a deer park, small scale forestry and farming.
