Geocache Description:

The Clump is a woodland area , made up of mainly Scots pine, found in the area of Broadstone. The Clump was given to the Borough of Poole in the late 1920's to be used as a recreational facility for the town's residents. It is mainly used for dog walkers ( however no 'sign' of that !!).

The cache is a small clip lock box which includes a log book , pencil and some small swaps.
It will need to be replaced carefully to ensure that the sides are covered(?!)

It may be handy to have long sleeves and garden gloves as there are a few holly bushes around. Saying that - I didn't prick myself at all , but then again, I was looking for the cache !!

It is slightly up hill but should be okay for motorised off road wheelchairs.

As it is under tree cover I will just say that if you get tired you can have a rest within 8 metres of the cache.

With kind permission of Greenspace Maintenance Team,BoP
