This cache is a short and moderately easy walk along an old town road. It is placed at a junction where the Catamount Trail makes a right angle turn, as it heads through the woods to join with the Edson Hill trail system.
Park at the Sterling Forest parking, N44°32.357 W 072°43.180. Walk on foot across the Sterling Gorge bridge, then follow the blue blazes of the Catamount through a meadow and into the woods to join the old road. The walk is about .25 mile from parking. The road may be a bit muddy after a heavy rain.
