This cache is on the newly constructed (almost complete) Heritage
Trail Bike Path Lancaster. Near this spot you will have a nice view
of a small lake, that is stocked with fish. I sat here for quite
some time enjoying the spot. Lancaster has done a very nice job of
making the spot a destination.

Please note the bike path is still under construction, at the time
of this writing the parking areas are not complete. During the week
you may run into construction workers.
At some of the entrances there are still old no trespassing signs
from when it was an abandoned rail road..

Should be a fun walk and once the path is complete will be a fun

6/12/2010 The fence shown below has been
vandalized, some punks actually ripped it out and dumped
it in the lake. I am sure the Lancaster Park Department would love
to know who did it. It you or anyone you know have any information
please call the Lancaster Police. Thanks
