It is a small lock n lock container holding a small log and small items. Try to replace so that it's not easily visible to the hedge pruners.
This cache is located in a neatly tended spot surrounded by a hedge. The hedge is primped and pruned and hiding the beauty of water beyond. You can go around the hedge and see what the houses beside you see.
This should be a nice quick find, but do watch for muggles in the street.
If you take children make sure they don't pick up speed so that they can't stop on the slope behind the hedge. Take care.
