Cache is located on private land owned by the Oglander Roman Trust but, is open to the public 7 days a week, all year. The cache has been placed with the permission of the villa site owners and there is no charge to enter the site to find the cache. Terrain is not difficult to navigate across, but as you may access the cache from different directions via public or private footpaths, you have to be aware of rabbit holes etc.
Cache is a small clear tupperware style container. It has a logbook and pen, with a replica artefact from the roman villa stuck to the inside with details and postcards to take away.
