The Gloup is a huge natural chasm caused by the collapse of a sea cave. You will need to cross a barbed wire fence to access the cache so please take care.
This is one of a number of caches placed close to the Mull Head Nature Reserve in Orkney. You will pass the Gloup on your way to this cache.
It is very impressive during winter storms when the sea shoots up through the Gloup.
The cache is a small clip lock container containing log and pencil and is outside the nature reserve boundary.
