Geocache Description:

Cache in; Trash out - CITO!

As this is also a CITO event, at each location try to nab at least one piece of litter so at event’s end all cache locations will be spotless (some, as you will see, already are). The details of CITO are actually found in the back & frontcountry land use ethic known as Leave No Trace. Cachers are pretty good at observing this ethic, but more needs to be done, especially when you arrive at a cache area that’s pretty messed up – always try to nab at least a few items. You should take a look at the details of LNT by going to (visit link) (BTW, one of the event organizers is a Leave No Trace Master Educator & most of his TBs are LNT-oriented [under Trackables, search for Leave No Trace, or LNT]). Remember – for this event, we’ve got extra prizes for the most debris brought in (given your limited time) & most unique or unusual, although, please, no animal carcasses….my luck, someone would bring in a skunk…
