Grrrrr...

Not much you can do here about CITO except nab litter. Uh – or – uh, would you happen to have a sandblaster? Really, it’s just not proper behavior for spraypaint graffiti to be allowed here. The reason is because it’s a local high school tradition dating back to the invention of spray paint, so graffiti is apparently encouraged here – not a very good message to the kids.
