Look Out!! Traditional Cache

This cache is recommended for between June and October, whale watching time in Albany, and before the weather heats up.
The track leads you round a beautiful part of this National Park where there are lots of opportunities to spot whales. You may see Humpback or Southern Right whales.
Look in the cache for details about both species.
Follow the trail from Ledge Beach Car Park up around the headland enjoying the many vistas of the ocean. Follow the path past the sign to Coal Basket Bay, (You can take a detour to do Wefoundit2's cache at the bay on the way) and go on up the hill signposted to the Look Out.
When you come back down the hill again carry on along the circular track signposted back to Ledge Beach, or return the way you came.
Remember this is National Park and brush your shoes on the way out with the brush provided.
In October the park is flush with wildflowers and is worth a trip at this time.
