The given co-ordinates are not where the cache is. You will have to travel to find the co-ordinates. There are other options for finding the final co-ordinates, I'll leave that up to you.
The cache is at 44 47.A and W 063 38.B
"A" can be found at 44 47.429 and W 063 37.297 where you take the civic number and add 200.
"B" can be found at N44 47.146 and W 063 37.819, take the civic number and add 510.
The container is a small camo pill bottle containing a film canister with log and three bucks for FTF prize.
