La chiesa Luterana a Firenze si trova sul Lungarno Torrigiani.
Nel 1899 nacque ufficialmente a Firenze la prima comunità evangelica luterana di lingua tedesca e nel 1901 l'architetto Riccardo Mazzanti progettò la nuova chiesa fra via dei Bardi ed il Lungarno Torrigiani, rivolta verso una pittoresca piazzetta prospiciente il fiume.
Sulla facciata, che si richiama cromaticamente al romanico veneziano con il bianco della pietra ed il rosso dei mattoni, si apre un protiro di gusto neo-medievale, sovrastato da un leggero loggiato cieco e da un elegante rosone.
L'interno, ad unica navata absidata con tetto a capriate, è improntato ad estrema semplicità lineare. Danneggiata durante la guerra e dall'alluvione del 1966, è stata restaurata dall'architetto Vinicio Brilli.

The Lutheran church in Florence is situated on Lungarno Torrigiani.
The first Evangelical Lutheran community of German was officially established in Florence in 1899 and in 1901 the architect Richard Mazzanti designed the new church between Via dei Bardi and Lungarno Torrigiani, looking onto an attractive little square beside the river.
There is a neo-gothic porch, surmounted by a blind loggia and an elegant rose window.
The simple, linear interior has an absed nave without aisles, and an open timber roof.
Damaged during the war and by the 1966 flood ,the church was restored by the architect Vinicio Brilli.
