Geocache Description:


This easy park and grab cache can be found at what the locals call "second beach," a great place to watch the sun set. It is placed in memory of my oldest brother who lost his life when his Marine battalion hit the beach in Saipan during WWII .

The area near the cache contains endangered dwarf iris plants so enter ground zero from the road side.
