I never found a real use for the tool, but I thought I could
build a cache that would require this, or a similar, tool. You will
need to visit the cache site to determine what your tools options
are. I would not be surprised if there is a cacher out there with a
useful tool in their geocaching bag of tricks already, but most
will not. Even with the right tool, you will need to be patient and
have a steady hand. You do not need any tools to replace the
container.

When you approach GZ the cache, which is a blue bison tube, is
in plain site. You will need to assess the situation and determine
your tool of choice. Please do not damage the contraption, remove
the contraption, cut the zip ties, or fill the contraption with
liquid. It is designed to keep falling rain out; it is fastened
with zip ties so that it is mostly obscured with natural growth
from passersby. There is no foot traffic here except for the lawn
mowing crew. It is easily accessible with only a short walk from
nearby parking. I wore flip flops and shorts when I placed the
cache.
The rating is based on the fact that you have to determine what
special tool to use, actually have the patience and dexterity to
use the tool, and visit the location at least twice You MUST sign
the log to claim a find.
