About the film:

THE COCOANUTS, made in 1929, is the earliest Marx Brothers film in which Groucho plays Mr. Hammer, a con man who runs a bankrupt Florida hotel. He'll try anything to make money, even woo rich old Mrs. Potter (played by the Marx Brothers’ favorite foil Margaret Dumont.) But this time his main scheme, selling "shady" real estate, is in danger of sabotage from crazies Chico and Harpo, who also unintentionally ruin the plans of a pair of jewel thieves. A whole subplot ( a musical one, no less) involves the star-crossed love of Polly Potter and architect Bob Adams. The film includes a hilarious auction bit and the famous “viaduct” routine.

We’re not going to tell you what you are looking for. Except that it’s somewhat round and not too small.

A special thanks to the great Hapyhunter who has shared this beautiful piece of Vero. One of our first finds was his original "My Important Day". Still one of our most favorite finds of all time.
