We hid this cache on our way back from spending the day in Lillooet. It will be easy to get heading southwards on the way back to Lytton. There is a nice view of Stein Mountain across the Fraser and a nice view of the Fraser River too.
We decided to head for the Thompson to camp because the Fraser Valley is so wet and rain was in the forecast. We got sunshine and even dust camping at Skihist. For a change we decided to head to Lillooet to cache and check out the Jade. It was a great day, lots of interesting sights (mostly found while geocaching) and the weather was perfect.
This cache is a memento of our great camping trip, and will encourage us to go back if we need to check it :) It may also help anyone working on the BC Backroads mapbook challenge GC20AGR. We were a little unorganized so there is no FTF, just the glory of claiming it first :) This is a micro so BYOP (bring your own pencil).
Congratulations Icenrye for the FTF :)
