Because our cache is a class project and located on school property, you may NOT cache during school hours or during sporting events. Please park in one of the designated parking lots and not on the grass. A letter stating special permission is located in the cache in case a school official asks for verification or questions your actions.
Our Special Education Community Based Instruction (CBI) class decided to use geocaching as a way to learn geography, team building, math, writing and computer skills as well as information about our community. After we found about 3 caches, we wrote a letter to our Superintendent of Schools asking for permission to put a cache on school grounds and publish its location for others to find and he said yes.
We started caching in May 2010 and this is our very first hide. We did not want to make it too easy or too hard. We would appreciate your input regarding the accuracy of the hide. We rated it a 2-2. What do you think?

NOTE: As of October 2014, a new class of CBI students has taken over maintaining this cache. We have put in a new log book and taken out all of the musty treasures. We have replaced them with new things! Come search again for new treasures!! Leave us a comment :)
