This should be an easy find, , only a few feet from the road, with a slight challenge to reach through the brush. Look for, a green 3" x 7" can. Leave screw top lid attached to the fence and screw off the plastic can to open. When finished replace in the brush, cover with a few sticks and leaves to hide from muggles.
Dorothy, in the Wizard of OZ, took a yellow brick road NORTH through the FOREST to EMERALD City. You need to take the EMERALD Parkway exit, N.on frontage road, then take a turn onto NORTH FOREST Parkway. Keep going on North Forest past the Dead End sign, DO NOT TURN. Park near GZ [Ground Zero] to avoid muggle camera at the turn to the gate further down at the road end. A city of College Station facility you might have otherwise avoided, it's not Emerald City, but it is an Emerald cache (container), it says so on the lid. Actually, the nearby facility appears to be very well run, you will probably only notice only visibly but some neighbors report finding otherwise at times. The city actually uses the main building as a meeting / training location and the classroom is well equipped. It is also used by some civic organizations for meetings, including the Computer Club for Seniors and a Garden Club. Cache usually has several trade items.
