You are visiting a public park where sports surround you. Watch for flying balls: little ones from the south, and larger ones from the north. There is even a network of cave entrances (yes, caving in Lubbock) a few hundred yards east, but they're an awfully tight fit for most people.
This is an approx. 6x4x1.5" camouflaged lock-n-lock cache. There should be room for small trade items. Parking is available, roughly 50' from the cache.
There is brush, cacti and some broken glass in the area, so this probably is not the best cache for very young children or flip-flops.
Muggle activity in the area could be high, especially on weekends in spring and summer, but the cache location is relatively hidden from view. Caver activity in the area is very high, but (here, at least) they are generally confined to the cave area, and are highly unlikely to muggle the cache.
Starting items include a log & pencil, a 35mm film pot containing a CITO bag, a retractable key keeper, a plastic green M&M ring, 4 AA batteries, a toy airplane, and a flower magnet from another cache.
