A micro cache located at LaFortune Park, just outside of Caledonia. Park is open from dawn until dusk. Please bring your own writing instrument.
****SAFETY FIRST**** Cache is located UNDER the bridge, along a footpath that winds through LaFortune Park. There is no need to search on the bridge, or at the road level.
During the summer months the entrance gate near the bridge which leads you to the river is open; so you can enter and park near the cache. During the off season the gate is closed, but there is still enough room for a couple of cars.
If you brought your bikes or want to enjoy a longer stroll in this uderused Park, you can also park at the entrance from Seneca Onodaga Townline road. UltraFamily has spent a lot of time riding our bikes in this Park. LaFortune Park is also a great spot to have a picnic or go fishing in the Grand River.
After a big rainfall and in the spring the path under the bridge floods; so wear appropriate footwear.
