From the cache site around june and july there has been Southern Right Whales seen off shore. They say they are scratching themselves on the rocks and sand. I have seen some photos as evidence. I will post a note on the cache page if i hear they are there. The cache is placed at ground level and gps can be a bit wonky at time because of the trees. There is no need to go down the bank and watch small children here.
The cache is a 200ml snaplock container painted green.
