Geocache Description:

An easy enjoyable cache!

Cuween Hill and Chambered Cairn, Finstown

This is a short walk from the nearby car park and passes the Neolithic Chambered Cairn, which is well worth visiting. There are super views from Cuween Hill looking out over the Bay of Firth towards the Holm of Grimbister, Damsay (which has important Viking history) and beyond to some of the Northern Isles. There are some interesting pillars constructed of flat stones near the cache site.

The cache is a 35mm film canister containing log and pencil.
