The ninth of Water Slider's series of walks on the footpaths around the villages of north and north east Leeds.
This walk is a less than three miles and is circular walk from the village of Aberford on public bridleways and footpaths mostly over farmland, with the distant noise of the A1(M)!
There are six caches and a bonus, if you do all six, each has information which will allow you to find the bonus cache.
Parking is available on Main Street, we parked at N 53° 50.034 W 001° 20.550.
After parking at the suggested place walk towards Hayton Wood view and go down this road, take the footpath between the houses number 18 and 20. Continue along this path by the side of the A1(M) and cross the motorway using the footbridge.
