Kleiner Tradi, leicht zu finden.
Das ist mein erster versteckter Cache, mit ihm will ich auf ein kleines Bauwerk aufmerksam machen, dass ganz unscheinbar sein Dasein fristet.
Es handelt sich hier um einen ehemaligen Flugbeobachtungsbunker aus dem 2. Weltkrieg. Rund um Wien und entlang der Donau waren Flak-Batterien aufgebaut, welche durch ein Netz an Beobachtungsbunkern eine Melderkette gebildet haben.
Die Kernaufgabe der Mannschaften war es, diverse Luftbewegungen an die Leitstelle weiterzuleiten.
Das Gebäude ist stellenweise verfallen und eingestürzt, es muss für den Cache nicht betreten werden.
Etwas nördlich befindet sich eine kleine Baumgruppe, welche eigentlich Bombentrichter aus der gleichen Zeit sind, die jetzt total verwachsen sind und bis dato nicht planiert wurden.
Der Cache ist direkt nicht anzufahren, man kann aber am Feldweg stehenbleiben, welcher nach Regen etwas schlammig sein kann.

Small traditional chace, easy to find.
With my first hidden cache, I want to call attention to a small building, which got an unprepossessing being.
It is a former bunker from World War 2, in which the air traffic was watched. In the vicinity of Vienna and especially along the Danube were many Anti-Aircraft-Units stationed, which corresponded with a chain of air observations bunkers, wo reported hostile air movement to the HQ.
Main taks of their crew was to reporty any flight movement in the designated area.
The building is partially collapsed and ruinous, it´s not necessary to enter it.
A bit northward is a small group of trees, which are overgrown bomb crates from this time and never had been flattened.
The cache isn´t reachable by car, you can stop at the cross on the field road. Could by muddy after rain.
