Geocache Description:

Simple little grab on a old back road.

This cache is located just outside the Loudoun County Land Fill (also known as the Solid Waste Management Facility). I used to drive by the landfill every day and thought of a clever play on the words CITO. (Cache In Trash Out) There is no need to enter the Landfill unless you are planning to dump trash or recycle. The cache is a small Lock n Lock container. Parking should not be a problem.
