Geocache Description:

You should have no problems finding this one. "The Diner" is a cafe in Bagdad designed to look like a 1950's style diner. After you find the cache, you can go inside and order something if you're hungry. I think the food is very good based on the few times I've eaten there. Not all the employees there are familiar with exactly where the cache is hidden and some might say it's missing if you can't find it.

You don't have to go over or inside the fence to find this one. You do need to get as close as you can while staying on the outside.
