Nano cache at the entrance of a pedestrian crossing tunnel.
You enter the tunnel to reach a campus that opens doors to the world. It is a secure government campus where diplomats and foreign nationals from every corner of the world train in world affairs and languages. You can park at either of two nearby famous fast food restaurants and walk down hill to the site. Another famous american institution has offices across the street. Last but not least, the site is blessed by a religious statue in front of a famous catholic church/school nearby.
