EBBJr_Family: I'm archiving this one. It was great while it lasted, but it was on city property and the personnel have changed since it was placed, and they've renovated the place where the cache was. Best to just archive it at this point.

Geocache Description:

This micro is in honor of Charle' S., Clarkesville's former horticulturalist extraordinaire. Charle' has retired, but the garden is still beautiful!

The cache is located on city property with the knowledge and permission of the staff of the building and gardens, including Charle' herself. It is near the starting point for our multi, Clarkesville Off The Square (GC11HHT), so you have a shot at a twofer.

Please don't walk in a planted area, or even on the grass.

Based on the cache's slightly different location, I downgraded the difficulty from 3 to 2
NOTE: There is no need to climb through landscaping or even walk onto anything green! Please respect this beautiful place and DO NOT damage any of the plantings/bushes/flowers, etc.
