Geocache Description:

Located by the side of a public footpath (and funnily enough a pond), there are a total of six geocaches in the immediate vicinity accessible from the footpath

Named after my wife's obsession with Hollyoaks and Bobbi and Meg's affinity for the adjacent stagnant pond, "The Dog in the Pond" is our penultimate offering in Guilden Sutton; Bobbi The Dog #3 concludes the series.....
This public footpath is a continuation of the one where "Bobbi The Dog #'2" and "Megzie the Dog #3" can be found and there are two further geocaches within easy walking distance (0.75 of a k). If you fancy a good hour long walk then access the cache from the signposted entrance on the A56 Warrington Road. This will also allow you to access the other four caches (soon to be five) in the area. For a quick cache and grab your best bet is the other end of the footpath at the Guilden Sutton end of Station Lane. It can also be accessed from another entrance halfway down Guilden Sutton Lane on the left hand side as you come from Chester. The path is extremely muddy in winter.

You will need a pen.

The original cache (fir cone) set in June unfortunately vanished so this is a variation with the same coordinates set on July 28th.

Be careful.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MYSTERIOUS MILLERS FOR FTF ON THE ORIGINAL CACHE
