Some puzZles are notoRious for their difficult solVes that keep you scOuring the interNet to make the detailed worK go smoOthly. I have even had to go to a lOcAtion to collect numBers from telePhone poles. Doing this kind of inVestigation is pretTy hard on a peRson. Getting the datA is only part of the soLve- breaKIng the coDe is the difficuLt part. Without fail I end Up contacting the caChe owner but they either just laugh off mY requests for a morsels of a hint or worse yet...provide a hinT so eniGmatic they just leave me scratcHing my head.Divide the data firsT, add the difference betWeen the consonants and then multiply by the third number? Even worse, no matter what I do, often I can't find the geocheckEr or get the GreEn sucCess! EventUally I stumBle onto the right pattern or even giVe up in utter frustRation, defeAted once again.

Now don't get me wrong, all isn't horrible. Sometimes I do get lucky on the puzzle and the solve become One Four us to write home about. The Point is Two never quit, keep after it even if it takes Sixteen times. Two times I did fail to get a solve on a cache that a newbie cacher with just Six finds had solved. After talking with them, they were able to Point out my error Two send me in the right direction. Guess what...after the newbie's help, a little pencil work and Thirty-Four minutes later, I had the big green SUCCESS!
