This cache was originally placed in dedication to our local dean of geocaching, Dr. Jo Anderson in honor of his 100th find! Sadly, we lost Dr. Jo to liver cancer in September of 2015. This cache has been updated since his passing.
Dr. Jo Anderson was kind enough to share his passion for geocaching (and life) with scores of area youngsters through his involvement with LSH Youth Opportunities. Under his patient tutelage, the Yo! Geokids have tracked down dozens of area caches and hidden many of their own. His dedication to the local youth of the Le Sueur-Henderson area and to the sport of geocaching were great. Find this one in honor of a great guy! Hip-Hip-Hurrah, Jo!
