Osha - what? As I passed this spot I saw a sign that said Osha trail 20. How can this be? Osha here, Osha in the Sandias, Osha in the Manzanos? What the heck is OSHA anyway? (Back in the '70's I had a friend who sold industrial gloves for a living and when the Occupational and Safety Health Administration came into being, he made a killing.) This can't have anything to do with industrial safety, can it? Are all these Osha trails connected somehow? What the heck is osha, anyway?
