At this location You need the following information:

A - Subtract 1 from the number of sections of concrete in the "tunnel". The sections are separated by a space or expansion joint that goes from the ground up and over your head and then back down to the ground. Count the sections NOT the joints!
B - The number of letters in the city name minus the first digit of the 4 digit year on the bridge.
C - The third digit of the 4 digit year on the bridge
D- The number of barrier poles in the sidewalk

U - The 3rd digit on the first line of numbers.
V - The 1st digit plus the 4th digit on the 3rd line of numbers.
W - The 3rd digit of the 2nd line of numbers.
X - The 3rd digit of the 1st line of numbers minus the 3rd digit of the 3rd line of numbers.
Y - The 2nd plus the 4th digits of the 3rd line of numbers.
Z - The 1st plus the 2nd digits of the 1st line of numbers.
