This cache has been relocated farther away from Independence Hall as it was outside the guidelines being too close to the final stage of a close by puzzle cache....Thanks for the help crawburr! You are looking for a black taped spice bottle. No trade items present. Difficult to get a good coords lock, hence, the liberal hint. Luck to you all. tv
