You are looking for a small container - with log and swag - situated across from an abandoned house where the independent zombie movie "The Forever Dead" was filmed in 2007.
According to the website wikimapia, it was in this very house that local movie production team, The Adrenaline Group, filmed the bulk of their movie "The Forever Dead". Yahoo movies summarizes the movie thusly:
"When a research scientist looking to take revenge on his partner releases an infected rabbit into the woods, he has no idea it will turn their rural community into a mass of mindless, flesh-craving zombies. But it does, and he and six seemingly unconnected strangers are trapped in a house with the zombies at their doorstep."
You can see a trailer for the movie by searching "The Forever Dead Movie" on youtube. You will get to see the Zombie Rabbit in action. (the word "The" is important here to differentiate it from ANOTHER zombie movie filmed in Massachusetts named, simply, Forever Dead)
Amazon gave it two stars out of five, the Internet Movie Database gave it 1 1/2 stars out of 10. Certainly a film Sanford can be proud of!!
