Dropping the Ball Traditional Cache

Container is a small clear tube with a log only. You will have to bring your own instrument. Cache is located in a public park. Availability is limited to daylight hours.
I was surprised to see a sign posted stating that there was free WiFi available here.
I have made many great friends during my first year of geocaching. Before my 1K event, I wanted to place a few new caches to show my appreciation to those friends. This one could be a park 'n grab (or not).
