Transliteration or Translation? Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Prime Reviewer: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

THIS IS A PUZZLE CACHE!!! THERE IS NO CACHE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION OF HILLCREST AND ROYAL!!! Solve the puzzle below for the real coordinates.

In order to solve this puzzle, you must first identify the language the coordinates are written in, then you must deduce whether one of the functions in the title has been applied (a transliteration or a translation). If you truly know the language in question, then you should have no problems discovering which has been applied, and which task you need to apply and which one has been applied. So without further ado, the coordinates are: N: Tri Dva Pyat Tri Shest Dva Chyetirye W: Nol Dyevyat Shest Chyetirye Shest Syem Odin Tri. Ground Zero should be no challenge. It is a micro so don't forget to bring your own pen. Please beware the muggles who visit the park. Enjoy :)
