Quick park and grab, parking lot cache. Don't look in that nasty drain.
From the 60s-90s there was a restaurant here called the Velvet Turtle, later it became a Buffet, and a few years ago it burned down and the location has been re-developed into a brand new Harbor Freight store
When the cache was placed the buffet was still here and the location was actually the end of Pasadena Ave. with a guard rail to stop speeding cars from ending up on the freeway.
with the redevelopment the street was removed and has become the front parking lot of Harbor Freight but the guard rail and the cache remained.

Also, If anybody runs across a geocache in magnetic water bottle at this please stick it to the back of the guard rail and let me know, it's the old cache container that people have said is in the bushes but I couldn't find. Thanks.
