Sendouhirakasen Park Traditional Cache

In this park, the attempt to take the water of the river, to purify water by the depuration of the hydrophyte, and to return to the river again is done.
Moreover, there is "Sendouhirakoumon" of the important ultural asset in the park.
It is"Sendouhirakoumon" where the traffic of Kisogawa and Nagara-gawa River was able to be done by river works at the Meiji era. It is shape of the gate type, and the first one in our country with a double gate door again. It completes it in 1902.
It functions still effectively, and the civil engineering technology is historically valuable.
Cache is concealed somewhere in the park.

船頭平河川公園
この公園では、河川の水を取り入れて、水生植物の持つ浄化作用によって水を浄化し、再び河川に戻す試みを行なっています。
また、公園内には重要文化財の船頭平閘門があります。
明治時代の河川工事により木曽川と長良川を往来できるようにした閘門です。
門扉が二重になっている復門式の形状で、わが国で初めてのもので、明治35年に完成。
現在でも有効に機能しており、その土木技術は歴史的に貴重なものです。
キャッシュは公園内のどこかに隠されています。
