Geocache Description:


After researching this area for the past year and a couple of failed attempts to get here, we are confident that all the bridges in this forgotten area now have caches. Google maps will show a road leading straight to this cache but there is NO ROAD. This will be a trip for someone who loves to explore and has a good set of legs. Definitely plan your trip and take a day pack with plenty of water, you'll need it. You will feel very accomplished once you return to your vehicle. We had a great day but admit that this was a pretty tough hike. It is up to you to find your way in as that is part of the fun of geocaching. You may be able to see traces of the old road that once had traffic upon it, but it is pretty overgrown. We love this kind of geocaching! We finally made it! Now we can close the book on the "Lost Bridge Series."
