A small home-camouflaged clip container containing:
- Mini log + pencil in a bag
- A laminated FTF certificate (to be taken by the FTF of course).
FTF honours go to Yorkypudding and Ageinghippy -
congratulations!
- Laminated Geocaching guidelines
- The usual selection of swappable goodies
Treeton Dyke is a beautiful lake used for fishing and
water-skiing, and the paths around it are popular with families,
cyclists and dog-walkers.
A section of the path around the lake is part of the Trans
Pennine Trail.
There are many other small places to park and paths around the
woods if you have a map.
Muggles may be a problem in peak periods but I think this
off-shoot of a path should be quiet enough to not cause any real
trouble.
COFTF RULES:
The Curse of the FTF series requires the FTF cacher in each new
cache to place the next cache in the series. here are a few rules.
- The FTF'er should place the next cache in the series (in this
case, Curse of the FTF Rotherham 9) within 1 month. Please note
only the FTF'er should place the next cache and not every
subsequent visitor.
- You can only be a FTF for this series once. This spreads the
FTF love around, and gives others a chance to play along. (This is
at least till everyone has had ago at FTF who wants to.)
- Cache can be any size or type of cache (Puzzle, Multi, etc) but
it should be set in the Rotherham MBC area.
- You must include this set of guidelines in your listing for the
series.
By way of clarification, there is no requirement besides the
standard signing of the cache log to prevent you from logging this
cache when found. Everyone should log their find, and hopefully the
FTF person will play along and place another cache, but it is in no
way a requirement for logging your find. However if you don't
intend to carry on the series please DO NOT FTF please leave it for
someone else.
