Small lock 'n' lock container. Easy walk, mostly on well developed hiking/running trails. A little bushwhacking at the end.
My dad used to take our family camping and hiking often when I was little. He was a true nature lover, and never felt happier than when his feet were on a trail and he was surrounded by the great outdoors. To keep me interested on longer hikes, he would tell stories about how you could find treasure if you searched carefully along the side of the trail. To this day, I can't pass an uprooted tree without wanting to search the root ball for the diamonds that my dad said would be secreted there. Perhaps that's why I've become such a fan of geocaching: because it finally makes my dad's stories of hidden treasure come true.
My dad died on April 4, 2010. This cache is for him.
