This is our first cache, placed in the New Forest. Combining a lovely area and a hidden pub. Perfect for a family outing!
If you are looking to combine a visit to the New Forest with your family with a cache hunt, this is perfect.
There is parking close by, or you can walk across the Forest to the cache, depending whether you are energetic or you have younsters with you who do not want to walk that far.
When you've found the cache, look down the road and you will see there's a lovely hidden pub, with good food and a children's play area. Have a drink and relax.
If you take an item from the cache, please replace it with a **toy** if you can, as we would really like this cache to contain exciting treasure for children explorers.
We would be keen to see bugs and coins pass through.
Since the GPS signal in the area is a bit patchy, we've given a good hint in the clue.
