Another in our Cemetery series. This one is mostly of babies that died during the plague in the 1920's. There are only a handful of headstones and all the rest are "Markers" that appear to have been made by somebody. It was sad to walk thru here and mostly see babies that died in their 1st year. We did not check out every one of them but the oldest one we did see was eleven years old. After talking with a friend, he said there are a couple of adults that are in there also. If you want more history, stop by the Salt Creek Museum. I have been told there is more info there, but they were not open on Fathers Day on a Sunday, so we will come back to learn more.
Nice little place to stop and say a prayer for all of those that are laid to rest here. Most of these little people never got a chance.
