Little bit of a hike up the hill and no doubt the wind will be blowing (doesn't it always). Hope you will enjoy the views. Cache should be very easy to find once you get there.
Dedicated to the local caching community who provided us with so much fun while we were stationed at Vandenberg. We wanted to give one back to all of you. Thanks for your work and the cleverly concealed caches that were a hallmark of this area. GeOcean and I will keep an eye on the all the logbooks out there and hope to see your names again.
Recommend parking at N34 45.665 W120 27.287 (right off San Antonio Rd East) and hiking up cattle trail. The trail takes you almost all the way there, and that route earns you the terrain difficulty as the hill is a bit of a climb. The hike will likely take about 1.5 hours round trip. There appears to be a way to drive in on the back roads, I am sure someone will figure that out eventually and post it.
