LavaLizard: As the cache owner does not seem sufficiently interested to take the time to re-enable the cache, I am assuming that the cache owner has abandoned it. If the cache owner wants to contact me via my profile page, I can unarchive the cache assuming that all guideline criteria continue to be met.
