Hidden in DAR State Forest, this cache is for my dad. We hid it on Father's Day on our camping trip. It's filled with camping swag.
This cache was hidden in honor of our wonderful dad. It combines two of the things we love to do together; camping and geocaching. Hidden at DAR state forest, this cache was placed on our Father’s Day camping trip. The park is 1,770 acres that includes hiking trails, boating, swimming, fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, picnicking, and many other activities. Campers can enjoy a private beach and showers.
Cache is a camouflaged, 1.5 liter lock-in-lock container that is starting off with small camping gear as swag; it would be nice to keep the theme. It’s also starting off with a TB. FTF prize is five $1 coins.
Located off the Darling Trail in D.A.R. State Park that goes between the camping area and the fire tower. Hidden about 80 feet off the trail between the trail and the power lines. If you enter the park there is a $5 Parking Fee.
